Overdue, Overdue, OVERDUE!!!!

I wanted to do these features in April already, but dA kept me busy, as well as my Ole Screen broke >_<

Now, anyways, first off i would like to thank my friend For his support and for helping me out of my screen-less misery! Thanks man, i appreciate it a lot!

Now, back on track:

So, back then, i posted a journal, asking my watchers and stoppers-by, if they would like to be featured. You sure all know these kinda Journals, with featureslots, "comment my journal and youze´s gettin da slot..." etc etc.

Now, it took me FOREVER to put it up, due to busyness, but finally, here it is!

OH! And back then, in April i think, i also decided to write a news-article about these features! To celebrate my 29th b-day in April (dA didnt update mah age ¬_¬, and to celebrate my 10,000th Pageview back then, and as a little "thank you" to mý active watchers and supporters. Hey folks!

Now, thats just great...

Yesterday, everything was working ncie and normal, and today...

I switch on my computer...

MONITOR = DEAD !!!

And is it the small one that i use as a secondary, the cheap 800x600 one?

Of course NOT!

Of course it is my MAIN display, the 19" one.

And right now, i am not in the position to afford a new one...

Hooray... ¬_¬

So, just letting you know, ladies and gentlemen, that i am currently sort of... "heavily impaired" when it comes to doing stuff... artwise as well as online-wise...

So, yeah...

More delays...

I hope, i can come up with a sort of "intermediate solution" of any kind sooner or later...

And:

YES, this SUCKS BIG TIME !!!!!


On a side note, my dearest friend and solmate Is going on a trip to Edinborough, Scotland Tomorrow...

God, i will miss her on MSN, sniff...

(even though i doubt i will be spending much time on MSN WITHOUT MY SCREEN T_T )

Hey, Guys n Galz, just want to let you know:

I did NOT forget about the features!

lol, i just have been somewhat busy recently, especially the last few weeks, and i still somewhat am, but i did DEFINITELY NOT forget about it!!! So, all of you, that commented on my last journal will still be featured, like i promised! Its just so TOUGH to pick only three deviations your galleries, because all of the stuff in your galleries is so friggin cool! It gets even tougher, since many of you submit artwork of different media, and i want to feature you all with the artwork that reflects and presents you and your "craft" the best. I already made a few decicisons on some of the work i will feature, so i guess it wont take too long til i put up a new journal with all of your works in it! Oh, and as a little surprise (and to celebrate my 10.000th pageview as well as my 29th birthday which was in April), i will also feature you all in a News Article On the deviantART NewsBoard as well, parallel to my journal-features!

So yeah, i sort of gave away my own surprise for you here, but who cares, haha!

But before i can do that, i should go and renew my sub, haha! Seems its running out this month! So, on monday i wil lgo and transfer some Money to my PayPal so i can get me a new one and wont be sub-less

I will really try to be quick with the features, but since i joined that contest, i am really quite flooded with messages! Which makes a nice transition to the next topic of this Journal:

Well, the voting for the "Community Award" is still open for me, and if you like any of my entries, and ONLY THEN (!!!), it would be frigging great if you FAV´d it, as it would count as a Vote for it! Nah, seriously:

I didnt make it to the Semi-Finals, which is neither a big surprise nor a big hit for me or soemthing, because i didnt do it for "teh Prizes ... " It was just a whole lot of fun to create all these entries (they all were pretty much LAST MINUTE!!!), and the reactions were really OVERWHELMING!

I got more comments and FAVES in the last two weeks than in the entire LAST YEAR!!!

I had (and still have!) a hell of a good time reading through all your ncie comments, critics, replies and all, its really unbelievable! I met so many interesting persons, great artists and new friends through this contest, that i consider that that the greatest Prize of all!!!

Thank you all so much, whether youre known or unknown, an old friend or a new one, whether you left a comment or just fav´d... It all means SO MUCH to me!!!
